Just what are "FAQ's" anyway? These are questions that may not be answered within the pages of the site or common questions that visitors may be asking themselves but don't voice.
Where do the stockings come from? Do you know the story of the "Shoemaker and the Elves"? Just kidding ...... each stocking is hand made by me when you place your order. I don't buy mass quantities of stockings from a wholesaler.
How do I personalize my stockings? On the xmas embellishments page are samplings of different embellishments for you to choose from. E mail me from that page or from this page with your choices. Please be sure to include your name in the message as well as other details such as your design ideas.
How soon will I receive my order? Stockings are made and shipped within 3 days. Depending on your chosen shipping method the process is about one week from start to delivery in most cases.
What are the stockings made of? Most of the stockings are made of 100% cotton fabrics. Some are made of acrylic felt, others of polyester fleece and all are always lined for durability. I don't recommend cleaning them so do so at your own risk.
Is this site child safe? Every attempt is made to ensure that this site is child friendly. If you have concerns please don't hesitate to contact me.

What about privacy? Any information that you give here is only used internally which means that I don't sell or give your info to anyone else for any reason whatsoever. Your privacy is as important to me as it is to you.
Will my order really be secure when I use the shopping cart? Absolutely! When you enter the shopping cart area all payment info is on a secure server. You'll know this by simply looking in the lower right hand corner of your browser where you'll see an icon of a small yellow lock.
